Type B (Gerlache) killer whale (Orinus orca). Type B orca (of which there are two sub-types), are typically grey & orange (due to dermal diatom staining), sport a dorsal cape (as opposed to ‘saddle’), have a VERY large (but compressed) eye patch (as opposed to an eye ‘slit’ or ‘whisp’) and are smaller than Type A but bigger than C or D.
